Daily Devotion

Today we circle back to the word “Covenant” which you will remember means “promise”.  Today Pastor Alice gives us a deeper teaching about what covenants God has made with humanity by cleverly using props and pieces from her many board games.  The teaching comes from Jeremiah, which reminds us that God’s covenants are so close to us they are written on our hearts. You can find the story in Jeremiah 31:31-34.  Here is the video:



Reflection: what do you know about your baptism?  Where was it? Who was there?  Who helped raise you in the faith?  Today think about what it means to you that you will always belong to God because that’s the promise God made to you.
