Pastor Heidi Johns

Heidi began as Senior Pastor of Good Shepherd on May 1, 2014.  She is new to the Cincinnati area and is excited to be making her home in Ohio.  She has lived all over the Midwest including, Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin.  She was raised in Michigan’s beautiful  Upper Peninsula, not too far from the shores of Lake Superior.  Before coming to Good Shepherd she served at Faith Lutheran Church in Glen Ellyn, Illinois for almost nine years, during which she maintained her loyalty to the Green Bay Packers in spite of living in Bear territory.  She’s not sure what will happen now that she is in the land of the Bengals!

Heidi received her B.A. from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN and her M.Div. from Luther Seminary in St. Paul, MN.

Heidi feels blessed to be serving a  congregation as active and involved as Good Shepherd, and is eager to see where God will lead the church next!
