The Shepherd's Pantry is a welcome new addition to our CFAM (Caring For All Members) ministries. Koben Hinman is the Team Leader for this effort, which provides help in the form of food (grocery items) for members and long-term associates who may be going through a particularly rough time financially.

The Pantry is located in the 'old kitchen' next to Room 100.  It's open from 10:00AM - 2:00PM on Tuesdays and 10:00AM - 6:00PM on Wednesdays. Those in need may fill one grocery bag per household per week with any of the items available on the Pantry shelves.  Those wishing to maintain privacy can do so by parking by the 'old kitchen' exterior door on the west side of the church, entering through the front door, proceeding to the 'old kitchen' to access the Pantry, and then exiting through the exterior door to their car.

You, too, can be a part of this ministry by donating food items to the Pantry regularly. Make sure the items you donate have at least 3-4 months of freshness available before their "best used by" dates indicate otherwise.  Look for bulletin board reports indicating what grocery items the Pantry might need or seek out Koben Hinman and ask her what the Pantry needs most.

"But if anyone has the world's goods and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does God's love abide in him? Little children, let us not love in word or talk but in deed and truth."
