Well, in today’s devotion Pastor Alex Hoops and Jen Jarman, Director of Faith Formation, talk about some of the many ways Good Shepherd has connected with children and youth during the pandemic and how we have resourced our families to engage in faith practices at home. Martin Luther was a strong advocate that parents are the main faith teachers for children (that’s why he wrote the small catechism, as a tool for parents). During the pandemic we have focused on helping families learn to grow in faith together by sharing resources and supporting parents in these challenging days.
