How is your “worry barometer” today?  What is keeping you up at night?  In today’s “best of” family video, Pastor Alex, Harvey and Mia share one of Jesus’ teachings about worry from Matthew 6.  This is an invitation to remember that God cares for us.  To trust that the Spirit is with us.  Even though it may feel like the world is changing too quickly, God can keep up.  God is leading the way.

Reflection:  Find a quiet place to sit with God to talk about what is worrying you.  Maybe find a place where you can hear birds chirping or see flowers blooming, remember that even as God takes care of them, God also takes care of you!  Write a list of ways that God has taken care of you in challenging times in the past.  Why would God not do the same now?
