God's Work. Our Hands.

We can’t get too specific, but we CAN say that this will be like nothing you have ever seen before. You won’t want to miss this one. Join us in worship on the weekend of September 7th and 8th as we make a big impact in our community.

Register for the 2019 Women's Retreat

Women are invited to spend a weekend in prayer, fellowship, and spritual growth on Sept 20th -21st at the 2019 Women's Retreat.  This year’s theme of “Breathing God’s Abundance: Finding meaning, purpose, and joy in everyday life” is sure to be a great retreat for anyone who would like to nurture their inner spirit this fall. Together, participants will have opportunities for solitude and community as you wander the retreat grounds, engage in shared conversations, or spent quiet time engaging with art, journaling, prayer, aroma therapy, and more. Could God be calling you to a time of refreshment and renewal this fall?

If you would like to attend, grab a registration form in the Lobby at Good Shepherd and submit it with payment to Pastor Pat or the Church office by Sept 13.

Manna Returns!

Manna returns on Sundays at 10:40 am starting September 8th!  Folks of all ages (parents, kids, tweens, aunts and uncles) will gather under the indoor tent in the Fellowship Hall on Sunday mornings (Sept-May) at 10:40 a.m. for a 50-minute blend of worship and education that is active, hands-on and equips you to live faithfully in the world each week.

Just like Manna physically sustained the ancient Israelites and constantly demonstrated God’s love and provision for them, Manna at GSLC strengthens our confidence in God each week and shows us where our place is in God’s story of salvation.

Pub Theology

What do you call a group of 15-20 guys sitting in a bar talking about God? Why, Pub Theology of course! As part of our men's ministry (Men Doing Life), Pub Theology is a place for fellowship, food, discussion, and brews. We hope to see you on the 3rd Monday of each month!
