Good Shepherd provides a vareity of adult faith formation and fellowship opportunities because we know that the road to becoming a disciple of Jesus is a life-long pursuit. Whether it is a walk in the woods, monthly book club, or pilgrimage in Spain, you can expect to find something to help you connect with God and others at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.

Pub Theology

Pub Theology is part of our Men's Ministry called "Men Doing Life". Pub Theology features a time of fellowship around food and drinks, followed by a discussion of a topic of the day. Most discussions revolve around a news item or current event and how it relates to faith.

Men Doing Life usually meets at MVP Sports Bar & Grill in their private party room. The bar/grill is located in Silverton OH at 6923 Plainfield Rd, 45236. Meetings take place on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm.

While Pub Theology meets in a bar or brewery, having beer is not a requirement - it's the location of the meeting and finding Jesus in places that people may not think to look is important for the group.
