Caring for All Members

Let each of you look not to your own interests, but to the interests of others. — Philippians 2:4

Good Shepherd Lutheran Church's care ministry, known as Caring for All Members (CFAM), provides support and care for the members and associates of our congregation.  A team of dedicated volunteers offer their time and talents to ensure that all members of GSLC are cared for in their time of need.

Below, you will find information about each of the distinct care ministries here at GSLC.  If you would like to speak with someone regarding a need you may have or information for how you can volunteer, contact Pastor Pat Badkey at pbadkey@goodshepherd.com.

Prayer Chain

Would you like someone to pray on your behalf?  Whether it be the illness of a friend, the birth of a new baby, or your own sorrow or worry, members of the GSLC Prayer Chain regularly hold up in prayer those members or associates of the congregation who have shared a particular need or request.  Individuals of the Prayer Chain make a commitment of confidentiality not to share any request that comes into their group.

If you feel the need for prayer for you or someone's behalf, the process to have those prayers lifted up is as easy as a phone call or email.  All prayer requests can be emailed diretly to prayerchain@goodshepherd.com and your requests will be heard.  If you wish to speak with a pastor, contact Pastor Pat Badkey at (513) 891-1700 (ext 111).

If you are interested in joining this prayerful group of volunteers, contact Pastor Pat.

Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble, and he brought them out of their distress. - Psalm 107:28
