Good Shepherd knows how integral music is to our lives. It prepares our hearts and minds for worship. It recalls memories of weddings or funerals. It lifts us up. It helps us take on the day ahead. Ultimately, it brings us into closer relationship with God.

Good Shepherd is blessed to have a wide range of musicians that are willing to share their talents with our community and help us provide a vareity of styles of worship. From traditional hymns and organ to the latest Christian-pop with guitars and drums, Good Shepherd has a style of worship and music that will speak to you and your faith.

Brass Ensemble

The Brass Ensemble provides music during Traditional Worship and special celebrations. It features brass music that accompany the Chancel Choir, organ, and piano.

Chancel Choir

The Chancel Choir provides joyful singing to the Traditional Worship service.

Children's Choir

Providing a place for children to lift their voices while learning about music.

Handbell Choir

The Handbell Choir provides handbell music throughout the year and at special services.

Liturgical Art

Different liturgical art adorns the walls and altar of the sanctuary to signify important times in the church calendar.

Pipe Organ

Good Shepherd's pipe organ was installed in 1991 by Bunn=Minnick and includes 3 Manuals, 45 Ranks, and 2732 Pipes.

Praise Band

Good Shepherd's Praise Band provides music for Contemporary Worship services.

Praise Team and Victory Singers

Victory Singers and Praise Team provide the vocals for Contemporary Worship services.

Special Celebrations

Good Shepherd Lutheran Church showcases their musical gifts at several times throughout the year, especially as we celebrate Christmas or the Reformation.

Worship and Music Support Team

Our Music Ministry relies on the technical expertise of others to help bring their music to life both in our sanctuary and on the screen. This group consists of soundboard operators, powerpoint creators, and livestream camera operators.
