Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity. - 1 Timothy 4:12

Good Shepherd strives to provide a wide variety of opportunities for youth to engage and practice their faith.  From the prayer workshops for toddlers to senior high students serving folks in Appalachia, youth of all ages can find a way to practice discipleship at Good Shepherd!

Rock the Block

Event date: 4/29/2023 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM Export event

Rock the Block is on April 29th from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.  It’s a service event for the whole family!

Rock the Block brings together hundreds of volunteers to support the home preservation goals and place-based investments of the communities where Habitat is currently building homes. Twice a year, volunteers partner with neighborhood organizations to complete exterior home preservation projects, perform park maintenance, and refresh public spaces all across a single neighborhood. While volunteers paint, plant flowers, or pick up debris, they get to know other volunteers and the community around them.

We’ll be working in Bond Hill for this event.

Interested in volunteering?  Volunteers need to register by April 7th.

Head on over to habitatcincinnati.galaxydigital.com/user/register/ to register.
