Event date: 2/5/2023 10:10 AM - 11:00 AM Export event

Kids Connect is Good Shepherd's version of Sunday School.  It's a 45-minute educational opportunity for children and youth that happens each Sunday at 10:10 am (between worship services).

Unlike a traditional Sunday School, Kids Connect begins with agathering time that includes students of all ages.  They generally hear a story and talk about the theme of the day.

Kids will then break out into smaller age-specific groups to complete activities designed to help them learn and grow.  Activities could be based in art, crafts, games, or music.

Tweens (Grades 4 - 6) also play an important role in Kids Connect by taking some leadership duties certain weeks of the month by leading skits or activities that help teach the Bible stories to the younger kids.

Kids Connect is lead by Jen Jarman, DIrector of Faith Formation at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, with assistance from volunteer adults & Senior High youth.  Email Jen Jarman at jjarman@goodshepherd.com to register your child or find out how you can volunteer one Sunday.

Interested in seeing Kids Connect in person?

There's no advanced registration required!  Just stop by Room 100 one Sunday morning at 10:10 am!
